Jared’s expertise includes the implementation of organizational change management strategies, solutions, and plans to ensure successful execution of change activities at a project level. These activities include change network development and support, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, resistance mitigation, usability assessments, end user training development and organizational readiness activities.
After seeing firsthand how the lack of effective change management can negatively impact employees, clients, and stakeholders; Jared decided to dedicate his life to change management and the pursuit of making change less stressful. His high level of emotional intelligence helps Jared to build trusting relationships with business partners and customers.
He possesses excellent consulting skills which include the ability to understand organizational; change requirements; solicit feedback, determine, analyze and advise on potential areas of resistance and risk and recommend solutions and formulate support plans.
Jared holds a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Ryerson University, where he further developed his skills to compliment his strong Organizational Change Management experience, using various change methodologies including ADKAR, Prosci, and Kotter.
Outside of work, Jared constantly works to develop his teamwork and leadership skills through numerous sports groups and teams. His competitive, results oriented behaviour, combined with his proven ability to chip in where needed, help make him a positive team player who can problem solve, lead, and respectfully influence results.
