Welcome to our first Prompta Newsletter! Prompta, in Latin, means Readiness, and since our inception, driving business readiness has been our focus. Prompta is made up of an incredible team of change management, coaching, and transformational experts that are passionate about ‘Building the Model Organization’. For us, ‘Building the Model Organization’ is focused on improving work culture and work lives.

Leveraging AI Technology as a Transformational Change Management & Business Readiness Accelerator
A couple of years ago, I was encouraged by members of the Prompta team to figure out how we could better utilize data to drive transformational change. To ensure the voice of the employee is heard, we started using artificial intelligence to drive transformational change! The use of AI is a crucial enabler for us to help leaders make better-informed decisions and address real employee issues to improve working cultures and working lives.
Through our Qlearsite partners in the UK, Prompta leverages cutting edge technology to help drive successful transformational change, improve cultural diversity and inclusion, and enable improved organizational engagement. Rather than applying template-based, tick-the-box approaches to change, we are listening to the voice of employees and utilizing those inputs to identify key drivers of change. Diversity is the Goal. Inclusion is the Method.
Prompta and our partner Qlearsite jointly presented at the 2019 CGLCC Summit of the Americas on Measuring Diversity and Inclusion’s impact on Productivity and Profitability.
Research has confirmed that Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) are not simply cultural nice-to-haves, but business-critical must-haves, that lead to higher productivity, innovation, profit, talent attraction and retention. Ope Taiwo from Qlearsite and Tim from Prompta showcased how AI-Enabled people analytics can improve D&I and directly impact employee engagement, productivity and profitability.
Tim shared how Prompta’s partnership with Qlearsite measures inclusion within organizations by listening to the voice of their employees. The insights provided reveal authentic employee sentiment and feelings hidden in written feedback. Tim also highlighted how actionable insights are equipping change and business leaders with the ability to set D&I targets, identify actions, and measure success.
Prompta in Tampa for 2nd Annual LGBT+ Trade Mission
As a certified supplier by the CGLCC (Canadian LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce), Prompta was honoured to be part of the 2nd Annual LGBT+ Trade Mission to Tampa, Florida, held in conjunction with the 2019 NGLCC International Business & Leadership Conference. Prompta welcomes Jacqueline Gould as our most recent OD Management Consultant. She brings over thirty years of experience to her work as an OD consultant, learning and development facilitator, succession plan developer, and coach. She rounds out her portfolio with experience in conflict strategies, succession planning programs, learning strategy, employee engagement/retention and coaching.
