Promta’s Founder and CEO, Tim Morton joins Stacy Mckibbin in her popular Podcast “The Master Communicator Podcast”. In this episode, Tim shares Prompta’s founding story in building a different kind of consulting company that would help companies to be more diverse, inclusive, and equitable. The core inspiration behind the thought was that everyone should feel included, supported, and be able to bring their whole self to work without any fear.

He then further elaborated on what being inclusive truly means and how companies can build a culture like that. In today’s world, being inclusive is not just a necessity because everyone is talking about it but also a smart thing to do in order to attract and retain the best talents.
