Susana brings 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field, helping organizations expand their employees’ capabilities, and increase their human capital potential in a profitable and meaningful way.
Susana holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Master’s Degree in Government and Public Policy from Universidad Panamericana (UP).
She co-founded a couple of companies in Mexico City, one of them aimed at promoting the productivity and mental health of employees through Employee Assistant Programs. The challenge at the time was enormous, as mental health was not widely accepted, and there were so many cultural taboos about supporting employees’ emotional well-being.
Susana’s challenge was to persuade Human Resources leaders to implement employee assistant programs, along with the benefits that such support provides to increase productivity in the marketplace. Since then, Susana has participated in the foundation of training programs, such as the reinforcement of emotional intelligence among employees, change management and leadership as well as hiring practices for multinational companies in the LATAM area.
