He is truly a global visionary, who has worked with leading Technology & Consulting Firms in North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
He held leadership roles at strategic and operational management level; mitigating change-based disruptions and managing risks. Kamran specializes in the Program Management of Technology, System & Process-based Transformation initiatives by integrating change management activities into the overall project plans. He is a trusted advisor to C-Level Management & a collaborative leader to stakeholders along the transformation path, who takes pride in aligning the organizational culture and the mindset with the anticipated Change.
Being a transformational leader he not only led the Change through the implementation of multiple technologies based transformation programs like ERP, CRM, and digital channels transformation, but also transformed the organizations through the major process & standard-based implementations and Change Management Programs, such as ISO 9001® implementation, Customer Services & Contact Centers’ COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) Standard implementation, Business Process Framework eTOM (enhanced Telecom Operations Map) rollouts, etc. and remained as a change catalyst to restructuring merger & acquisition programs.
Kamran holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok. He is a certified PMP® professional and a PROSCI/ADKAR Change Manager. Being a Change Leader, he is also a certified ISO 9001® Lead Auditor, COPC® (Customer Operations Performance Center) Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a certified Supply Chain and Dynamic Enterprise Modeling (DEM) ERP Consultant.
