An accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in strategy development and execution, business transformation, sales enablement and coaching. Through the course of her career within the financial services industry, Jackie has led and/or participated in various change management initiatives ranging for process re-engineering to business model reviews to technology rollouts.

Jackie holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from the University of Toronto.  More recently, she completed a Graduate Certificate program in Instructing Adults, and Change Management Practitioners Certification from APMG International.

In her spare time, Jackie serves as Board Chair for Art Starts, a community arts-based charity serving marginalized neighbourhoods in Toronto.  She also volunteers as a mentor with Culture Link’s Interview Squad program.
