Farbod Talaiyan is an experienced HR Consultant complimented by his Bachelor of Commerce (“BComm”) degree and double major in Human Resources & Marketing Management.  He has experience in several facets of HR including Employee Relations, Talent Management and large-scale HR transformation focused on improving the employee experience.

His passion for guiding business transformation initiatives has grown through working with several clients varying in different industries. With the ability to facilitate digital change workshops while simultaneously driving execution, Farbod is able to use sound judgement when sensing and responding to clients needs and accelerate adoption.

Farbod loves working with people and considers his high level of emotional intelligence as one of his greatest attributes.  He played competitive basketball and volleyball for many years, which opened the door to becoming a Coach for both sports as a side hobby. His passion for coaching has had a direct correlation to his HR Consultant role – guiding clients through successful transformation off the court.

Farbod is also a passionate advocate of personal growth & development by constantly promoting the importance of mental and physical wellness.  He loves having new conversations and meeting new people.
