Senior Bilingual HR Consultant
Prompta is looking for a Sr. HR consultant, who has 10+ years of experience at a senior level, Director level, or above, either in the public or private sectors, and has excellent oral and written communication in English and French.
Some of the activities that the role will be overseeing or supervising include, but are not limited to:
- HR planning, such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, contract negotiation or collective bargaining
- Establish employee assistant programs as well as performance management
- HR strategic direction, including organizational design, organizational models, and transition plans
- Establishing the design and implementation of employee retention and promotion
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as strategy and guidance across business units
