Better insights = Better Transitions

Prompta’s Tim Morton presented ‘Leveraging Data Through Artificial Intelligence to Drive Successful Transformational Change’ to change management, project management, and executive coaching professionals at the Organizational Change Best Practice Showcase at York University.

Tim shared how data is now driving change management and how Prompta leverages data through Artificial Intelligence, to provide timely and relevant insights that lead to improved transformation and project outcomes. 

He talked about how change management insights are only as good as the information we have available to us, and even today, far too many transformational programs (be that agile or waterfall) are failing to deliver value. It just doesn’t need to be the way.

For today’s Change Managers, Project Managers, Coaches, or Executive Stakeholders, we can do better! We can use new technologies and tools to provide incredible insights that lead to better outcomes and set the transformation direction right from the very beginning and keep programs moving forward, to ensure employee engagement and employee readiness.

With better insights, we understand, throughout the transformation program, what stakeholders need, think, feel, and want to be addressed. We can then course-correct to support and drive programs and readiness forward.

We’re uncovering incredible insights that allow organizations to identify and address the real issues faced during the transformation and provide a measurable mechanism to track the progress at every stage to deliver real business value.
